PETRO COAST POLYMER MODIFIED BITUMEN BINDER: PMB PG 82-22

AASHTO M320 Complaint Performance Graded Polymer Modified Bitumen Binder

DESCRIPTION

Petro Coast Polymer Modified Bitumen (PMB) Grade 82-22 is a performance grade Bituminous binder used in pavement construction in order to meet the
Requirements of hot temperature climate and the heavy traffic loads.

SPECIFICATION COMPLIANCE

Petro Coast PMB PG 82 22 Grade binder fully meets the requirements of AASHTO M320,Standard Specification and Performance Graded Bitumen Binder for use in Pavement Construction.

PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS

The modification process of base bitumen is conducted using specialty SBS polymers and propriety additives in a purpose designed manufacturing plant having high shear mixer homogenizer mill. The resultant product is quality controlled to the target specifications. PETRO COAST PMB exhibits exceptional storage stability under the standard conditions of hot storage as demonstrated by ASTM and EN Protocols.

PETRO COAST PMB PG 82-22 (SBS) binder provides substantial advantages such as Superior workability and reduction compaction efforts as compared to Conventional SBS modified PMB binder.

PETRO COAST PMB PG 82-22 Grade binder is homogenous, free from water and does not foam when heated to 175°C. It meets following specification requirements:-
